Private Yoga


As a Registered Yoga Teacher, I have taught group classes for several years and have realized a shocking truth!  Many people attending classes need more attention than they can get during a group class.  That is why I started offering one on one personal yoga sessions in the Northern Virginia area.  Each session is for you.  In a group class, you can get lost.  Just as your fingertips are different than anyone else in the world – Yoga needs to be personalized to have the maximum effect.
 
Yoga is not a religion.  It is about getting in touch with your body and understanding what it needs.
 
Yoga is for EVERYONE.  If you can breathe – you can do Yoga.
 
Recover your flexibility.  Lose weight.  Increase your mobility in the shoulders, hips and other joints.  Improve your energy level.  Strengthen, lengthen, and tone your muscles.  Reduce stress, anxiety, and depression.
 
I never push beyond your limits, rather I encourage you to listen to your body.  Your body becomes stiff and less flexible over time…so it may take some time to open your body back up and regain that flexibility.
 
Each session is tailored to your specific needs and wants.  Here is what you can expect:
