Power Yoga This class is taught in the YogaFit user-friendly style and is meant to make you sweat. We will burn more calories linking poses in a flowing series that warms the body as well as leaving you feeling energized. This class will physically and mentally challenge you - helping you connect to your inner power. We will also practice, as always, good alignment and form, and hold poses longer for maximum benefit. Come Sweat, Release, Let Go, and most of all Renew! Bring a mat and a water bottle (or two).
 
Beginners Yoga Ideal for those new to yoga. This class will introduce the basics of yoga and allow for students to build strength, flexibility, and balance between body and mind.
 
Flow Yoga Vinyasa yoga - linking poses in a flowing series that warms the body.  This style of yoga is great for beginners to advanced. Flow yoga increases strength and flexibility in addition to providing a great cardio workout.
 
Restorative Yoga Restorative or Gentle Yoga is a calm, restful practice in which simple postures are used to deepen and intensify with time and breathing. This style of yoga permits students to let their breathing help gravity deeply open stubborn areas of tension. This class will leave you feeling refreshed, relaxed, open, and calm. Blocks and straps are provided. Please bring a blanket and a yoga mat. Come and enjoy.
 
Yoga for Seniors A wonderful yoga program designed for our active senior population. This class will not only challenge you but will also honor the aging body. Staying active is a must and this class will increase flexibility, lung capacity, stamina, and muscular strength. Ask about this class for overall health!
 
Pre&Post Natal Yoga A safe and effective yoga program for pregnant women throughout all trimesters.  Poses used to help relieve aches and discomforts common with pregnancy as well as breathing techniques to help during labor and delivery. Strong emphasis on pelvic floor exercises along with a guided final relaxation is sure to leave a peaceful feeling within.
 
Mommy and Me (Ages 3 - 5) A fun class for "Mommy and Me" to learn and play Yoga. We will learn breathing techniques while we play Yoga games. A great way to release stress, build self-esteem, and increase strength and flexibility. Come and play!  All classes conclude with the teaching of relaxation techniques.
 
Yoga for Kids (Ages 6 - 12) A fun filled class by playing games using yoga poses. This class wil help children focus and concentrate, build strength and flexibility, increase self-esteem, and teach them how to better cope with everyday stress.  All classes conclude with the teaching of relaxation techniques.
 
Bridal Party Yoga Wedding season has begun and Bridal Party Yoga is a great way to approach your big day. This one hour yoga class will help ease those pre-wedding butterflies and reduce stress and tension.
